I use my background to help clients train smarter, stay motivated, and build confidence inside and outside the gym. When I’m not training, you’ll find me building legos, chasing my one year old, growing in my faith, or watching Big Brother!

I’ve been playing sports my entire life. Competing as a Division I and professional track & field athlete taught me discipline, resilience, and passion for movement. Over time, I realized fitness isn’t just for athletes—it’s for everyone. Now I train with the belief that everyone’s an athlete, helping people find strength and joy in movement at every stage of life.

What Body Positive Means to Tamdra

Body positivity, to me, means celebrating what your body can do rather than fixating on what it looks like. It’s about honoring every stage of your fitness journey, moving in ways that feel good, and building strength, confidence, and health on your own terms.
