I began taking exercises classes after the birth of my first child in 1989 and soon became hooked. I became an ACE certified instructor and have taught a variety of classes including Body Pump, step, dance aerobics. strength training, water aerobics and various types of yoga. Learning new techniques and fun ways to get moving keeps me motivated. If it isn't fun, I am probably not going to do it!
Body Positivity to me means enjoying the body you were given, and learning to accept ourselves for who we are. I always encourage my students to do what feels good and always listen to your body.
