Body Positivity is more than being welcoming to people of all shapes and sizes; it’s also about not trying to force all bodies to look the same way once the person is involved in the community. We are here to help you lean toward acceptance and even appreciation of your amazing body as it is, and let health and wellness unfold from there. When we are focused on taking care of our bodies from a place of respect instead of punishment, learn about Health at Every Size, Body Positive, and Intuitive Based movement and living, we’re able to get CLARITY on our own wellness preferences. At Clarity, we work out because we love our bodies, not because we hate them.

Whether you’re getting back into joyful movement after recovery from an eating disorder, haven’t worked out in a few years or more and are apprehensive about coming back, or have general "gym-timidation" in joining or coming to a studio, we hear you! We’re absolutely here to support. We have a community of fitness professionals and an amazing group of members who understand how that feels, and want you to feel at home from the moment you walk into our facility. Our doors are wide open to people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and abilities. You are more than enough.

Clarity Fitness is the only gym in Georgia with trainers specifically trained in Health at Every Size, Body Positive, and Eating Disorder informed movement, and able to work alongside an eating disorder recovery treatment team to ensure your wellness needs are met. We offer online and in person Personal Training services for groups or individuals. All trainers sign off on the Health at Every Size pledge, take an intensive body positive, diversity, and inclusion onboard training upon joining the team, and are certified experts in their field. If applicable, please inform us of your disordered eating or compulsive fitness background upon sign up so we can ensure we’re checking in on an ongoing basis as desired!
