As a lifelong athlete and client of other personal trainers, Susan was often sought out for exercise advice, tips, and coaching. She aims to educate her clients on best practices, nutrition, form, and function, and she pushes her clients (and all around her) to be the best version of themselves. She will inspire and lead you to reach your fitness goals and challenge you to the next level…all while having fun and ensuring that your time on the gym floor is maximized and delivers the desired results.


Susan began competitive running at 13 and has completed many marathons, including Boston. She trains clients in the gym and is also available to runners and aspiring athletes to craft training plans and strategies.
