Trainer

Isabel is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Clarity Fitness, where she helps clients build confidence through functional strength training.  She is also a group fitness instructor at STAT Wellness and hosts fitness classes for dancers and athletes, focusing on performance, mobility, and injury prevention. Isabel aims to give her clients the knowledge to have safe, efficient workouts while consistently improving their strength and physique. 

Isabel holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. She interned at Piedmont Fitness Center, where she had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals with varying fitness needs. Her experience coaching at Orangetheory Fitness for over three years gave her extensive experience in group training and performance-based coaching. Isabel is an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist and holds an ACE Personal Training Certification. Book your first session with Isabel today!

Isabelle's Fitness Journey

My fitness journey started when I was in high school. I was dancing everyday, but I felt tired and weak. I started incorporating simple weight lifting into my routine and started seeing results right away: I felt more energetic and I performed better.. It also provided such amazing mental clarity, and I knew I had to make time to be in the gym multiple times a week. Since then, and into my professional career as a dancer, strength training has been a necessity for muscular endurance and injury prevention. Over the years, I have incorporated more running and HIIT training into my routine as well, and I have used my experience to better program for my clients. 

What Body Positive Means to Isabelle

Body Positivity refers to how a person feels in their own skill. This is subjective to everyone and where they are at in their fitness journey. Regardless of where an individual is in their journey, having a healthy functioning body is the root of body positivity and can keep motivation high as they navigate their health and fitness.
