At Clarity Fitness, we believe movement should add to your life, not shrink it. That belief is what led us to create Clarity Online, our on-demand joyful movement library designed specifically for people who want to explore movement in an eating disorder informed, weight inclusive way, from the safety and privacy of their own home.

If you’re in eating disorder recovery, rebuilding your relationship with movement can feel tender. When movement is medically approved by your treatment team, the idea of showing up live on Zoom or advocating for yourself with a trainer from a local gym who may or may not understand recovery can feel like too much.

Clarity Online exists for exactly that reason.

Why We Created Clarity Online

We’ve worked with thousands of people navigating eating disorder recovery, body image healing, and movement reconnection. One thing we hear again and again is this:

Clarity Online’s pre-recorded content allows you to start where you are. No cameras. No commentary. No being watched. Just you, your body, and movement that centers curiosity, consent, and joy.

Not feeling a session? Pause it or try another! Don’t like a specific movement? Play around or just hang out until we’ve moved onto something else. Pre-recorded, eating disorder informed content allows you to put down the walls and just do what you need on any given day.

What You’ll Find Inside Clarity Online

Clarity Online includes 30 pre-recorded, on-demand movement sessions, all created by eating disorder informed and certified personal trainers who understand recovery, trauma sensitivity, and body diversity.

You don’t need any prior movement experience.
You don’t need any equipment.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing in a gym.

Instead of categorizing workouts by intensity, we organize sessions by how you want to feel.

Some examples:

  • Have a blast when you want playful, lighthearted movement
  • Rejuvenate when your nervous system needs support
  • In the zone when focus and grounding feel helpful

You get to choose based on your internal experience, not an external rule.

Why Pre-Recorded Movement Can Be So Supportive in Recovery

For many people in eating disorder recovery, live movement spaces come with added layers of pressure. Even well-meaning trainers can unintentionally reinforce old patterns if you’re not ready to speak up in real time.

With Clarity Online:

We’ve seen so much success when people are given permission to start small, quietly, and gently.

Of course, we always encourage folks to explore movement only after getting sign-off from their treatment team. Safety and sustainability come first, always.

When (and if - no wrong answer!) You Want to Check Out Live Support

One of the things that makes Clarity Online unique is that it’s not a dead end. It’s a starting place.

When and if you want to check out movement with one of our incredible, eating disorder informed trainers, you can opt into live virtual 1:1 eating disorder informed personal training with Clarity. There’s no requirement to do this right away. Some of our community members stay in the on-demand library forever. Others move into live sessions when they’re wanting more tailored support. Both are super awesome and we’re here for hugs regardless.

If you choose to explore live support, you’ll fill out our personal training matching questionnaire, which allows us to hand-select a trainer who aligns with your needs, boundaries, and goals.

From there, live 1:1 sessions happen:

  • From anywhere in the world
  • With sessions tailored to how you’re feeling that day
  • With ongoing encouragement to advocate for what your body needs
  • And (optionally) alongside your treatment team after we get a release signed

What We Focus On Instead of the Scale

At Clarity, we celebrate non-scale victories because they’re often the most meaningful markers of healing.
