I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Full Time Teacher. Since the age of 5, movement and exercise have been a huge part of my life. It led to being a 3 sport athlete in High School (Football, Basketball, Track) to playing Wide Receiver at Albright College (Reading, PA) and even attempting to break a World Record for most Pull-ups in 24 hours. Now being a teacher and trainer, my mission in life is to have as much of a positive influence as I can for this generation now and to come both in and out of the classroom. I am truly passionate about instilling self-confidence for clients of all ages while providing them the mental fortitude to see where their fitness journey can take them.
I've been around sports all my life from the age of 5! From playing 3 sports in High School (Football, Basketball & Track), and Football in College as a Wide Receiver, I knew I wanted to continue to keep fitness an integral part of my life. I've been able to do so by being a Certified Personal Trainer and maintaining a consistent work ethic routine that I plan to continue for many years. I am blessed to be a part of other peoples' fitness journeys, and absolutely love helping them reach their own goals and aspirations.

It means loving yourself for who you are and not allowing the outside world to dictate how you view yourself from within. Perfection is not a realistic human goal, and we can't expect that for ourselves. We can only expect to have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and continue to work toward appreciating ourselves for who we truly are!
