Hi everyone! I was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL and attended Berry College in Rome, GA to earn my Bachelor of Exercise Science. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Nursing at Emory University, with the goal of working as an ICU nurse after graduation.
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Zumba Instructor, and Certified Spin Instructor.
I am continuing my education by completing my AFAA Group Fitness Certification so I can expand the classes I teach and better serve you! I am an individual who loves to learn, better myself, and make genuine connections with people. I started my fitness journey my junior year of highschool when I started weightlifting and eating more. I continued lifting through college but only started taking my fitness seriously my junior year of college. Now I am a jack of all trades! I frequently weight lift, run, Zumba®, and do CrossFit workouts throughout the week. I am also looking to add yoga, pole dancing, and boxing to my workout regimen. I truly just love being in motion and having a functional body for as long as I can by taking great care of it! I have a passion for the connection between fitness and health.
